The Road to Freedom: Community Exhibition


This drop-in event invites you to engage with the rich history of the Underground Railroad in Pittsford, explore ongoing efforts toward equity and inclusion, and examine the systemic challenges that continue to shape our society.


The exhibition features a documentary viewing area, where four short films will run continuously throughout the day with open captions for accessibility. Additionally, ASL interpreters will be available to support discussion and engagement throughout the event. Activity tables and conversation starters will encourage reflection and dialogue with fellow community members. Light lunch and snack options will be provided, and RSVPs are appreciated to assist with catering.
